Season five of “Mad Men” premiered last night, and even CHRIS MATTHEWS in on the hype.  He’s usually drooling overPRESIDENT OBAMA over on MSNBC. —But on “The Chris Matthews Show” … on NBC … he re-did the “Mad Men” intro so it stars Obama.  Although it’s not TOO in the tank for the president, since it shows him falling past his rivals, and in front of rising gas prices and the national debt clock.
